StarWars.com announced earlier this morning that Rebels will premiere on the Disney Channel on October 3, 2014 at 9PM. The debut episode will be one hour long, and is titled “Spark of Rebellion”. Subsequent episodes will begin airing on Disney XD at 9PM on October 13, 2014. The one-hour pilot will be released on DVD October 14.

If you can’t wait that long, the episode will “be available on Disney Channel SVOD and to verified users beginning Monday, September 29, on WATCHDisneyXD.com and the WATCH Disney XD app.”

The Hellblazer comics from Vertigo were adapted into a feature film back in 2005 with Keanu Reeves, but very little from the books was recognizable on the screen. Thankfully, NBC looks like it has its head on straight and is giving fans the smart-mouthed British exorcist they’ve been wanting for years. Matt Ryan stars alongside Lucy Griffiths, Harold Perrineau, and Charles Halford. No premiere date has been announced, but Constantine will air on Friday nights at 10PM right after Grimm.
