Casting Notice for Elfquest: The Audio Movie

Dagaz Media is casting voice actors for the highly-anticipated audio dramatization of ElfQuest, the iconic fantasy comic created by Wendy and Richard Pini. ElfQuest tracks the journey of the Wolfrider tribe of elves as they seek their origins and identity on the World of Two Moons, a journey which pits them against humans, trolls, and most dangerous of all, each other.

Auditions will be accepted through 12PM PDT on Sunday, May 9, 2021.

About the Project

First published in 1978, ElfQuest is the longest-running independent fantasy graphic novel series in the USA, with more than 20 million comics, graphic novels and other publications in print.

Dagaz Media is seeking a strong mix of known talent both from general media/pop-culture and the anime/animation space, as well as excellent new voices. They are casting a wide net for potential talent, inclusive of ethnicities who are not traditionally represented as the heroes in Western fantasy storytelling.

“All the Elves are pansexual, and while the characters use gendered pronouns (he/him and she/her), their sense of gender identity is fluid. Therefore, we are interested in submissions from any person of any gender who resonates with a given character,” says Dagaz Media.
